Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder law firm with locations in Altoona, State College, Wilkes-Barre, Williamsport, Wyalusing and Wysox, Pa., is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Pat Santucci and Attorney Jaime Leon to its staff as associate attorneys. Attorney Santucci will be working out of the Williamsport office on both litigation and with the long-term care planning team, while Attorney Leon will be a part of the estate administration team in Williamsport.

Pat joins the firm after most recently working as a legal advisor, contract supervisor and proposal writer for Greencastle Associate Consulting out of Malvern, Pa., a veteran-owned business consulting firm. While there, he drafted and reviewed various legal documents related to a variety of business needs. He also helped facilitate the creation of a nonprofit organization, Stronghold Leadership. Pat has also provided legal representation to clients in juvenile, dependency, and custody law matters in Clinton County, a role he continues to serve in. While in law school, Pat served as a legal extern and clerk for Clinton County, as well as a law clerk at McQuaide Blasko in State College. A veteran, Attorney Santucci served his country for 22 years in the United States Army, rising to a rank of Major. He operated in over 20 countries and conducted operations in over 10 of them as a Green Beret commander in the Army Special Forces. He also got his start in the legal industry as a legal intern for the Judge Advocate General's office Special Operations Command South in Homestead, Fla. A native of Clinton County, Pat attained his law degree from Penn State Law in 2021, and also holds his bachelor's degree from Penn State.

Jaime begins her second stint at SGY as she originally worked for the firm out of its State College office from 2013-2017, where she handled estate and trust administration. She has since worked for the Nittany Settlement Company in State College as an associate attorney and title agent, as well as at Rooney & Rooney in Vero Beach, Fla, and Dill, Evans & Rhodeback in Sebastian, Fla. While living in the Sunshine State, Jaime worked primarily in elder law, assisting clients in estate planning and in preparation of all estate planning documents, in addition to Medicaid planning and asset protection. Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida, Jaime is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, and also holds her bachelor's degree from Penn State, where she played on the women's soccer team that won four straight Big Ten championships during her four years.
