Allison Marzo joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in April 2025 and serves as both a Legal Drafting Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations. In these roles, she assists with legal document preparation while providing administrative and organizational support throughout the firm. Detail-oriented and dependable, Allison takes pride in maintaining accuracy, staying organized, and helping ensure the firm's daily operations run smoothly.

Allison especially enjoys being able to support others and contribute wherever she is needed. Whether assisting with an important document, coordinating behind the scenes, or helping a colleague, she values being part of a team and making a positive difference in the day-to-day work of the firm.

Outside of work, Allison is pursuing her degree in education, inspired by her passion for learning and helping others grow. She also coaches volleyball and track, where she enjoys sharing her love of sports while encouraging her athletes to build confidence, work as a team, and reach their goals.

Recently married, Allison is enjoying this exciting new chapter of life with her husband, Nick. Family is especially important to her, and she loves spending quality time with those closest to her. When she isn’t working, studying, or coaching, Allison can often be found cheering on the Miami Dolphins, and enjoying all things Disney.
