"All staff, attorneys, management, and administrative, work together as a team regardless of the position held. There is plenty of room for growth, as training opportunities are offered. Staff meet with their supervisors regularly to ensure that everything is going smoothly and to discuss any concerns that they may have. The use of PTO is encouraged, and the firm is flexible with time off and adjusted hours as needed. Paid holidays to include your birthday! It's a busy firm, so the days seem to fly by. It's definitely an enjoyable atmosphere."

Working at SG&Y, I feel very supported.

"In my experience, I have rarely found a workplace where I have felt completely comfortable. At SGY, there is no animosity between coworkers & it truly feels like everyone is working together toward a common goal of helping people. I have worked jobs in the past where I was scared to ask questions or even talk to my coworkers. I do not feel that even remotely working here. Everyone is constantly acknowledging each others' accomplishments & lifting each other up. It is truly a great place to work."
