Vickie returned to Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in July 2025 as the firm’s Training and Development Manager, after previously working with the firm from 2005 to 2008. She is based out of the Williamsport office and travels to the firm’s other locations to support team members.

Vickie brings a diverse background in both education and financial services. She spent 14 years teaching in an elementary setting and more than 12 years working in the credit union industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and her Master’s degree from Wilkes University.

In her current role, Vickie focuses on training and developing team members across the firm. She helps onboard new employees, coordinates shadowing opportunities with experienced staff, and works to ensure processes and operations are consistent across all offices. Drawing from her experience in education, Vickie has transitioned from teaching young students to training adults, helping the firm operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

Vickie lives in Nippenose Valley with her husband, Mike. They have two grown children, Cody and Jess. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and riding four-wheelers, especially when there is plenty of mud involved.
