We have created an online estate planning tool to provide a cost-effective and streamlined process for foundational estate planning documents.
Anyone over the age of 18 should have an estate plan that includes a Last Will and Testament and Powers of Attorney. Plus, if you have minor children, you should appoint their guardian and determine how your children would receive their inheritance.
What to Expect:
This questionnaire will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. As each individual and family situation is uniquely different, so too are the needs and planning goals of every client served. More complex cases will require a meeting with an attorney to successfully draft these documents and you may not be able to complete them online. The questionnaire will notify you if, at any time, your situation will require a more comprehensive appointment with one of our attorneys for documents that are more customizable.
What You'll Receive:
All documents completed within this portal include a 30-minute meeting with an attorney at any one of our four office locations. You pick the location most convenient for you! At this meeting, you will sign your documents to make them legally binding and official. If any questions arise while completing the questionnaire, you are encouraged to jot them down and bring with you to your signing appointment.
This basic estate planning package includes a will, financial power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will, and mental health power of attorney. There are trust options for any children and includes a trust option for a beneficiary with special needs.
What the Cost Will Be:
The package for single individuals is $650 and married couples are $950. A trust for minor children without special needs language is $250. A trust for a minor child with special needs language is $500 due to the advanced planning this trust requires.
By utilizing this tool, you will be saving over 50% of our in-office fees while still receiving our firm’s high-quality legal documents!
Congratulations on taking the first step to ensure that both you and your loved ones have peace of mind and that your estate gets administered according to YOUR wishes, and not those of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania!
