Megan Driscoll serves as the People Operations & Accounting Specialist at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak and has been a valued member of the firm since June 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. In her role, Megan supports both accounting and people operations, assisting with payroll, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and other initiatives that support the firm's employees and daily operations. She is committed to ensuring organizational efficiency and employee success, bringing a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail to everything she does. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and their dog. She also enjoys making memories with family and friends and embracing life's everyday moments.
