Alicia Stiger is an Elder Care Social Worker based in the Williamsport office, where she has been serving clients since June 2024. In her role, Alicia brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to her work in elder care and healthcare coordination. With a strong background in clinical assessment and care planning, she supports individuals and families in navigating care options and ensuring appropriate services are in place. She is dedicated to delivering respectful, high-quality care and advocating for the needs of those she serves.
Alicia earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Human Services from Pennsylvania College of Technology and has been dedicated to the social services field since graduating in 2009. She brings a broad range of experience to her work, having supported adults with mental health disorders, as well as served as a social worker in a clinical setting where she assisted patients across the lifespan—from birth through geriatrics. Prior to joining SG&Y, Alicia spent five years working in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, further strengthening her expertise in elder care. Her extensive background and compassionate approach make her a strong and trusted advocate for the individuals and families she serves.
Outside of her professional work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her community. She can often be found at local sports fields cheering on her two sons, Joel and Lenox, who participate in baseball, football, and soccer. Her daughter, Myla, enjoys dance and expresses her creativity through movement. Alicia values time with family and friends, loves the outdoors, and especially enjoys relaxing by the river.
Alicia resides in Lycoming County with her husband, Joel, their three children—Joel, Myla, and Lenox—and their lively household of three cats and two dogs.
