04/11/2017 – State College, PA — H. Amos Goodall Jr., CELA*, of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak recently spoke on handling small or insolvent estates to a group of lawyers from across the state of Pennsylvania. Attorney Goodall held a video conference on Small Estates Legislative Update: Practice & Procedure, Payment, and Special Considerations. The video conference was offered by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) as a Continuing Learning Education (CLE) credit to attorneys wanting to stay abreast with the changing legislation.

In February, Amos lectured at Stetson University’s College of Law in Gulfport, FL on the topic of Medicaid, and how to use the government-funded program to pay for long-term care services. Amos also taught a session on Medicare to law students at the University Of Arkansas School Of Law in Little Rock, AR.
